Join Caring Community Living with Cancer of Jewish Family Service for the Stress Reduction Programs. Learn simple techniques of concentrating and breathing, which help decrease stress, reduce pain, and boost the immune system. Groups in English meet every Wednesday from 3:30-4:20pm at the American Cancer Society, 2655 Camino Del Rio N. #100. Groups in Spanish meet every Tuesday 5:30-6:00pm at the Kimball Senior Center, 1221 D. Avenue in National City. Drop-ins are welcome.
