Culinary Investigations: A Meet the Chef Dinner Series
These intimate dinners, hosted in people's homes, will feature a 5-course tasting menu with wine pairings prepared by visiting Chef Diego Felix of Casa Felix in Buenos Aires. Chef Felix specializes in pescatarian cuisine of the cono sur region of South America and uses fresh, organic ingredients. The wines will be carefully selected to showcase the best Argentinean and Chilean varietals with a nod the wineries of the Guadalupe Valley in nearby Baja California.
