Celebrated chefs Jude and Isaac Artenstein of FoodiesMexicoTour.com will bring the flavors of Guadalajara to Bloomingdale’s in Fashion Valley Mall on Saturday, July 26 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.  Internationally recognized filmmakers, the Artenstein’s have produced a variety of award-winning films highlighting Mexican culture and cuisine including the acclaimed, “A Day Without A Mexican.” The Artenstein’s will showcase their appreciation and knowledge of Mexico’s premiere colonial city through mouthwatering demonstrations of culturally inspired traditional Guadalajara fare. Guests of the special event will enjoy zesty favorites such as Chile-Marinated Pollo Adobado, Salsa Verde/Roasted Tomatillos and Ensalada de Jicama & Pepino. The cooking demonstration will take place in Bloomingdale’s culinary kitchen on the third level and limited seating will be provided to guests on a first come, first serve basis.
