"Irreplaceable: Wildlife in a Warming World" Photography Tour Arrives in San Diego, at Point Loma Nazarene University, September 30 – October 15 to Educate Public about Species Imperiled by Global Warming

“Irreplaceable: Wildlife in a Warming World” is a national campaign and travelling photo exhibit that raises awareness about plants and animals threatened by global warming. Featuring work by award-winning wildlife conservation photographers, the 40-print exhibit brings the public face-to-face with the wildlife most threatened by climate change – from the Pacific salmon of California’s coast and rivers to the American pika and wolverine that live in the high peaks of Sierra Nevada mountain range.  A collaboration of art, justice, science, and faith groups, the campaign aims to inspire hope, wonder, and action through the beauty and power of images.  Included in the exhibit are species that Earthjustice, the nation’s leading public interest environmental law organization, are fighting to protect from global warming.  The Irreplaceable campaign is presented by a coalition of justice, faith, art and science groups represented by Earthjustice, Noah Alliance , International League of Conservation Photographers (ILCP), Conservation International’s Center for Applied Biodiversity Science (CABS) as well as local partners.
