Healthy Aging Community Resource Fair on October 15thAs we live longer and better it is becoming more and more important that we keep abreast of resources to help us stay happy and healthy. The Riford Center (6811 La Jolla Blvd) is proud to be hosting a Healthy Aging Community Resource Fair on October 15th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Open to the public and free of charge. Refreshments will be served. Come learn from local service providers about how to keep your mind and body healthy as you grow older.
